SECURITY DEPOSIT:

We require a security deposit once you are approved as a tenant. This is a per room charge. The deposit will be used for any damages caused or any cleaning that is not completed when you leave. If everything is in good condition, all rent payments have been made and property rules have been followed, you will receive a refund your deposit.

HOW TO APPLY:

1.Download the application under apply on this website.

2. Print, complete and sign the application.

3. Include a copy of your driver’s license or other government ID.

4. Email the application, photo of your ID, and proof of income to cnmanut2@gmail.com

6. Send the application fee via venmo @cnmanage or bring payment to CN Management 86 S. Main St. #107 Cedar City, UT 84720.

ACCEPTANCE:

We will review your application and run a credit check and criminal background history. This usually takes a few days. Once your application is approved or denied we will notify you. Please send the security deposit once approved, then a rental contract will be prepared for you to sign.
